1. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping services:
Within Lusaka
Across Zambia
International shipping (on request and subject to confirmation)
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed after full payment confirmation.
Ready-made items are processed within 1–3 business days.
Custom-made items (suits, uniforms, tailored clothing) are processed according to the agreed production timeline, which typically ranges from 7–21 business days, depending on the design and quantity.
Customers will be notified once their order is ready for dispatch.
3. Shipping Methods
We use the following delivery options:
Local courier services
Bus or cargo services (for selected towns)
Customer-arranged pickup (upon request)
International courier services (for overseas orders)
The choice of shipping method depends on customer preference, destination, and urgency.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not included in the product price unless stated otherwise.
Shipping fees are calculated based on:
Delivery location
Package size and weight
Selected shipping method
And the value of the item
Customers will be informed of the exact shipping cost before dispatch.
5. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Lusaka: Same day or 1–2 business days
Other towns in Zambia: 2–5 business days
International orders: 7–14 business days (subject to customs clearance)
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or customs processes.
6. Tracking Order
Where available, tracking details will be shared with the customer via:

Email
Tracking availability depends on the courier service used.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate delivery information
Ensuring someone is available to receive the order
Covering any additional charges due to incorrect address details
Jodarian Fashion and Design will not be liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect customer information.
8. Damaged or Lost Items
If an item is damaged during transit, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Photographic evidence may be required.
Lost items will be handled based on the courier’s investigation and policies.
9. Pick-Up Option
Customers may choose to collect their orders from our premises:
Plot No. 87/544, Lumumba Road, Matero, next to Mellisa Supermarket, Lusaka
Pick-up must be scheduled in advance.
10. International Shipping & Customs
International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import charges.
Jodarian Fashion and Design is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Jodarian Fashion and Design reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
